Grown Tomatoes outta My garden
and some parsley

that was Labor Intensive
but worth it.

And Presto Chango
Manicotti with Ricotta Cheese and Homemade Marina
Sauce

With the leftover tomato
juice from the Tomato Sauce
You Get Tomato Juice
After you sift out the seeds
with a potato masher and
fine sieve

Then all those tomato skins and peels and
cores go into the compost bin to create some
good old fashioned
HOLY SHIT.

 Holy SHIT. 

The cycle is completed.
